Payment & Booking Deposit Policy

At Maison Solea Spa & Wellness, each appointment reserves dedicated time with our team. A 10% down payment is required to secure your appointment.

1. Booking Deposit

A deposit equal to 10% of the booked service total is due when you book. Your appointment is secured once the deposit has been successfully paid and your booking is confirmed. The service price and required deposit will be provided before payment.

Your deposit is part of your service payment and will be credited toward your final bill; it is not an additional booking fee. For example, a $100 service requires a $10 deposit, leaving a $90 service balance.

2. Remaining Balance

The remaining service balance is due at your appointment. Any applicable taxes, additional services, or optional gratuity are separate from the service deposit and will be reflected in your final bill. Please contact us before booking if you intend to use a gift card, package, or membership so we can confirm any deposit and balance due.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• At least 24 hours before your appointment: your deposit will be refunded if you cancel, or transferred to your new appointment if you reschedule. If the service price changes, the deposit and balance will be adjusted accordingly.
• Less than 24 hours before your appointment: your deposit is non-refundable and will be retained. The existing late-cancellation fee is 50% of the scheduled service price; your retained deposit is credited toward that fee.
• No-shows: your deposit is non-refundable and will be retained. The existing no-show fee is 100% of the scheduled service price; your retained deposit is credited toward that fee.

For a $100 service with a $10 deposit, a late cancellation leaves a $40 cancellation fee balance; a no-show leaves a $90 no-show fee balance. The deposit is not charged again on top of those fees.

4. Refunds and Spa-Initiated Changes

Eligible refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider and bank.

If Maison Solea cancels your appointment, you may choose a full deposit refund or transfer the deposit to a new appointment. No cancellation fee applies when the cancellation is on our side.
