Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Effective Date: October 3, 2026

At Maison Solea Spa & Wellness, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. When you book with us, we set aside that time with one of our therapists and turn away other clients. This policy ensures fairness to our therapists and availability for all clients. Please read it carefully before booking.

1. Cancellation Notice

We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without charge.

• Cancellations made with 24 hours' notice or more: no fee.
• Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice: a late-cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged.

2. No-Shows

A no-show is defined as failing to arrive for a scheduled appointment without any prior notice.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
• Clients with two (2) no-shows within a 12-month period may be required to prepay for all future appointments.
• Clients with three (3) no-shows within a 12-month period may be declined future bookings at our discretion.

3. Late Arrivals

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to accommodate the next client. The full service price will still apply.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show at the therapist's discretion.

4. How to Cancel or Reschedule

Cancellations are effective when confirmed by our staff. Voicemails and emails are timestamped by time of receipt.

5. Card on File

A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all appointments. A 10% booking deposit is required and credited toward your service total. Deposits are refunded for cancellations at least 24 hours ahead, or transferred when rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice. Deposits retained for late cancellations or no-shows are credited toward the applicable fee, not added on top of it. Please see our Payment & Booking Deposit Policy for full deposit terms. Your card will only be charged for the booking deposit, services rendered, or applicable fees under these policies. By booking, you authorize us to charge the card on file per the terms above.

6. Packages, Memberships, and Gift Cards

Late cancellations and no-shows for package or membership sessions will count as a used session.

Gift card appointments are subject to the same cancellation and no-show terms; the card will be charged the applicable fee.

7. Illness and Emergencies

We understand that emergencies happen. If you are ill or experiencing an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Fee waivers for documented emergencies are granted at management's discretion.

8. Our Commitment to You

If we must cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, we will notify you as early as possible and offer priority rebooking. You will never be charged when the cancellation is on our side.

9. Agreement

By booking an appointment with Maison Solea Spa & Wellness, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Cancellation & No-Show Policy.
